Our Mission:
To provide affordable housing, services, transportation and educational programs to seniors in a loving and safe environment.  We strive to maintain an environment that enhances quality of life and encourages personal development.

Our Philosophy:
All people, regardless of perceived disability or emotional dependency,have the right to live and work in non-segregated society which respects their dignity, their right to full participation in the benefits and responsibility of our communities and to be assisted in their full effort to enjoy the greatest amount of independence of which they are capable.

We Believe:

1. The involvement of family and friends in a person's life should be respected and facilitated.
2. People receiving support services should select, guide and direct the services they receive. 
3. People receiving personal support should have real options from which to select a home.  If they need assistance in this decision, the help of family or friends should be encouraged.
4. Getting out and about in the community is not only good for the person receiving support, it also involves the community.
5. Our job is to provide support at the level each individual NEEDS and DESIRES
6. People receiving personal support should actively assist in the selection of their support staff.
7. Personal support staff should respece the wishes and desired of the person receiving the support.

Everyone who works at our facility is trained and certified to perform the tasks at hand.  Each staff member is trained and certified to accomplish the task at hand!  We understand the importance of knowing that your loved one is cared for and treated with dignity and respect.
